The global pandemic forced Wolves Summit leadership to redesign their content marketing and digital sales strategy. Wolves Summit needed to design and develop a content and communications strategy, strengthening its ability to add value to the existing customer base and improve customer engagement.

Strategic Approach

Grai defined a content and marketing strategic plan for Wolves Summit’s first-ever Hybrid edition, with a detailed roadmap of content and communications, to improve customer-engagement across the digital brand space.

Challenges

The global pandemic forced Wolves Summit leadership to redesign their content marketing and digital sales strategy. Wolves Summit needed to design and develop a content and communications strategy, strengthening its ability to add value to the existing customer base and improve customer engagement.

Results

For a duration of 4 months, Grai supported the Wolves Summit team in implementing the new marketing strategy with continuous proven success in driving business impact. Since then, Wolves Summit has increased their ticket sales by 20x from month to month.
