Grai defined the vision for how the lead prospecting processes are going to operate and how Techmatch customers will be enabled by a web platform to receive RFP's and RFQ's from the generated leads.
Techmatch was developed as a venture that clearly serves a market need in Eastern Europe. The challenge the venture is built to solve is the small to inexistent sales departments within East European tech startups. By lacking sales departments in their structure, decreases the chance for that startup to sign new clients and prove their business model.
